Michael is founder of Parks Edge Properties, LLC. He is also the broker of record and property manager for the company. Born and raised in the East End of Pittsburgh, Michael has always called Pittsburgh home. Michael lives with his wife Rachel and son Noah in Edgewood. He holds a PA Real Estate Brokers License and also a BA in Business Management from Carlow University.

Hugh is a Real Estate Agent at Parks Edge Properties, LLC . He is also a real estate investor and native to Pittsburgh. Dan, as he is called by friends,  calls Point Breeze home with his wife Janet. He has 3 grown children and 3 grandkids. He is also Michael's father. Hugh holds a  PA Real Estate Sales License and also has a BA in Electrical Engineering  from The University of Pittsburgh.

A Pittsburgh native with lifelong roots in the city, Caroline Colella blends hands-on experience in multifamily property management with a thoughtful, people-first approach. She holds an MS and BA in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and brings creativity, insight, and local expertise to every client relationship. A licensed agent, seasoned property manager, and skilled photographer, Caroline lives in Squirrel Hill and knows the city’s neighborhoods inside and out. Outside of real estate, Caroline is a proud mother of two and an active part of the local community.
